Yoga classes offered at the India School of Dance, Music, and Theatre include stretching, yoga postures, breathing techniques, and simple mudras. These classes are suitable for beginners, intermediate, and advanced practitioners. All are welcome to join and drop-ins are encouraged.
Class schedule: Saturday mornings from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm
